1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "Website" refers to thevictorymagazine.net and all associated subpages and content.
  • "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual or organisation accessing the Website or using our services.
  • "Services" refers to the editorial feature packages, advertising placements, newsletter distribution, media kit, and any other services offered by The Victory Magazine.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, graphics, videos, editorial profiles, articles, and other material published on the Website or in our digital editions.
  • "Featured Leader" refers to any executive, founder, or professional who has been selected and featured in a published edition of The Victory Magazine.

2. Use of the website

By accessing and using this Website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Website.

You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful programs
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, server, or database

3. Editorial feature services

3.1 Application and selection

Submission of a feature application does not guarantee selection for publication. All applications are assessed at the sole editorial discretion of The Victory Magazine. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing reasons for our decision.

Editorial approval is communicated in writing. Payment is only requested following editorial approval. Submission of an application constitutes no binding commitment on either party until a written agreement or invoice has been accepted.

3.2 Feature packages and payment

Feature packages are offered at the prices published on our Pricing page at the time of your application. Current pricing is as follows:

  • Essential: $999 (one-time editorial feature fee)
  • Signature: $1,499 (one-time editorial feature fee)
  • Elite Cover Story: $3,999 (one-time editorial feature fee)

All fees are payable in full prior to publication. Fees are non-refundable once the editorial interview has been conducted, except in cases where we are unable to fulfil our obligations under these Terms.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect applications submitted and approved at previously published rates.

3.3 Editorial process and approval

Once payment has been received, we will conduct your editorial interview and prepare your profile in accordance with the selected package. You will be provided with a draft profile for review and approval prior to publication. You may request reasonable amendments to factual inaccuracies. The editorial style, tone, and presentation of your profile remain at the editorial discretion of The Victory Magazine.

Publication is subject to completion of the editorial review and your formal approval of the draft profile. We aim to publish within the agreed edition cycle, subject to editorial scheduling.

3.4 Publication rights

By participating in an editorial interview and approving your profile, you grant The Victory Magazine a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display your name, professional title, company name, biography, interview content, and any photographs or images you provide, on our Website, in our digital editions, in our newsletter, and across our social media channels.

You confirm that any information, images, or materials you provide to us are accurate, do not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have the authority to grant us the rights described above.

3.5 Cover features

The Elite Cover Story package includes consideration for a cover feature. Selection as the cover leader for any given edition remains at the sole editorial discretion of The Victory Magazine and is not guaranteed. Where you are not selected as the cover leader, your feature will appear as a prominent interior spread of equivalent editorial depth.

4. Intellectual property

All Content published on the Website and in our digital editions — including editorial profiles, insights articles, photographs, graphic design, and the overall presentation and arrangement of content — is the property of The Victory Magazine or its licensed contributors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent. Sharing links to published articles and profiles on social media platforms is permitted and encouraged, provided The Victory Magazine is clearly credited.

The name “The Victory Magazine” and our associated logo and branding are the trademarks of The Victory Magazine. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising and partnerships

Advertising and partnership arrangements are governed by separate written agreements entered into between The Victory Magazine and the advertiser or partner. These Terms apply to the use of the Website generally. Specific terms relating to any advertising or partnership arrangement are set out in the relevant agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any advertising submission that we consider inconsistent with our editorial standards, values, or audience.

6. Newsletter

The Victory Briefing is our weekly editorial newsletter distributed to subscribers every Thursday. By subscribing, you consent to receive regular editorial communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us directly.

We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Content published on the Website is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, investment, or business advice.
